Meet Lou – A Mildura & Melbourne-based First Nations (Kaurna/Narungga) Makeup Artist.

Louise is a dedicated creative with a strong foundation in runway, editorial, bridal, and special occasion work. Known for her precision, versatility, and professionalism, she has quickly established herself as a respected name in the Australian beauty and fashion industries.

Her recent work includes Australian Fashion Week 2025 with the iconic designer/brand Carla Zampatti, and Melbourne Fashion Festival 2025, where she collaborated with leading labels such as Aje, Manning Cartell, and Romance Was Born.

Louise’s editorial and runway experience also includes Melbourne Fashion Week 2024, where she worked with First Nations model Samantha Harris, and campaigns for brands like Clothing The Gaps. Her work has also been featured in NIT Style Up Magazine, including the January 2025 cover, quickly cementing her name within the Australian and Indigenous editorial spaces and reinforcing her role in representing First Nations creativity in the industry.

She was also part of the REALISM / Secret Sneaker Store runway, aligning her work with contemporary, streetwear-driven fashion.
